Recent Enhancements

All date fields have been updated to use a popup calendar to make life a bit easier and accurate.
We have added more fields to the Aircraft Details page with several having user choice dropdowns.
Also in the Aircraft Details page we have added a tab for individual Avionics/Accessories with space to add four data fields for each item & also a special Heaters section with its own data fields.
Next we have a Service Details tab which can now store more detailed information of each aircraft. This data can be auto updated when adding a new Aircraft from the onsite CASA/CAA registration file. That is when adding a new Aircraft you can tap the import button and select a Aircraft by Owner or Operator ( It will also add the new client & details to your customer database) or use existing client. 
A make and model lookup & database has been added to store you regular make and model aircraft.
Equipment & Operational categories have been added to the database with user definable dropdowns
Maintenance Schedule field has also been added with user definable dropdowns and update facility
The aircraft clone feature now has the ability to update all existing data as well as extra new fields.
All screens have been made more uniform in size and we hope that the software is more viewable.
AD and Component Categories are now user definable and can easily be added or updated.
The existing default categories should not be deleted because they are linked to existing AD’s etc.
Recurring/Non recurring AD & Components screens can now be filtered by “Landings” as well.
All Reports have also been updated to include Landings as well as Engine cycles and they now have the business name on top of all reports as requested specially by one of our users. 
There is now a special report that will display/print all AD’s due for Hours, Days, Cycles, & Landings.
We now have a tick box that allows you to not Auto Update specific AD’s if unticked. These are also displayed in Red so that it is easy to see which do not update and the ones that do.
The total number of AD’s /Components per Aircraft is now displayed in Red on the Browse screens.
The Customer file has been updated to include more info such as Email data & Postcode Search.
Delivery address and Bill to other party have been added together with User definable Groups.
More contact & phone number fields as well as clients ABN number. Lists number of clients in Red.
You can now search for customers by Code, Name or Phone Number which makes life easier.
Large changes to the AD Masterfile and another tab with full CASA/CAA downloadable MasterAD file. These have links direct to CASA/CAA via the internet and display the AD.pdf actual file for printing
You can search the file and filter by Make and Model of Aircraft and transfer your models to the AD files as well as update your existing AD listing with the auto update button after you have dragged and dropped from the MasterAD listing to your existing AD’s to establish a link.
We now have a Company Details file with options to use the User Password Control Feature.
Passwords can be set to a level where an operator can view and print all data but cannot change data.
A practice system can now be cloned from the shortcut provided and is accessible via the new opening screen which allows you to select the path of for Live System or Practice (Sample) 
Practice systems are great for testing if you are not sure of what the outcome of changes might be.
The new downloads from CASA/CAA on the internet are very exciting and if done on a regular basis will always give you the latest information on Air Worthiness Directives & Aircraft Registration Details
After this download the auto update button will update all your existing AD info & amendments. This new info is available from the Browse menu option and listed as Registration or AD databases.
New interface with AM-WIN Workshop & Stores Management System
One of the most exciting changes to AMC is that it now links to AM-WIN Workshop & Stores Management System i.e.: Customers and Aircraft in AMC are using the same database as well as the Password security and many other of the new features in AMC. If you are using XTS inventory & Suppliers then most of the data can be converted to AM-WIN Stores System such as existing stock with their individual GRN numbers and purchase details and notes.
AM-WIN can be purchased in Three Levels depending on you Special requirements .
Stores Level 1 is our Basic System and covers Jobcard creation with automatic numbering system that can be linked directly to your Purchase Order and when received will store your auto created.
GRN/Batch numbers and/or the suppliers GRN numbers if required. These are fully traceable and can also handle the individual numbers without having the stock item listed multiple times.
All jobs can be tracked by job number, client, Aircraft, GRN, Serial number and many other options
Jobcard service notes can be saved and attached to the aircraft and used to remind us at a later date. Text notes can be stored in the system ( ie: Freight details, Trading Terms, Basic service info, etc)
Full Parts and Labour Service Kits can be created for each individual Make and Models and stored in the system so that typing stuff is kept to a minimum and to remind us of what is to be done.

Service due reports and Aircraft service reminder letters can be created at the push of a button.

Basic Quotes, Invoicing and Full debtor, creditor & BAS control are also available if the need arises. 
A Quote can be turned into a Jobcard and then into an Invoice without retyping anything.
Both quotes and Jobcards can be cloned into another Aircraft and/or owner for easy job creation.
A message is created on the Purchase Invoice that links to what Jobcard and client it was for.
The same message is noted on the Jobcard/Invoice so that we can track which supplier it was from.

Stores Level 3 is all of Stores L1 & L2 above plus the following features 
Full user defined discount Matrix so that client prices are calculated based on Group & SubGroup % plus discounted rates based on Qty purchased or discount given on top of Standard Price Matrix.
Floorplan/Consignment stock is a separate non asset Inventory database that can link to job system.
Manufacturing module is a special module that allows for the rebuild of inventory items and manufacture of new items in quantities of 1 or more. The multiple items used and labour are deducted and replaced by the new manufactured item and labour times adjusted for reporting.
Higher level Invoicing features such as Progressive Invoicing which allows multiple Invoices from one Jobcard & the ability to track all Invoices for one Jobcard & charge some to multiple clients. 
Accounting fees can be charged by % or price based on overdue period and automatically assigned 
Customer batch Invoicing is for the reprinting of a batch of Invoices for a period for a single client
The Specs is a separate database linked to the aircraft for extra information such as technical data.

Time Management Module is for labour tracking and covers most workplace heath and safety requirements’ that record the start and finish times when an employee arrives at your premises and when they commence work, when they start on a job, when they complete a job, when they have a break, when they pickup parts, when they work on personal stuff and when they go home etc

Winparts Parts Catalogue is an electronic parts books which allows for the import of most supplier price files in almost any format. After you import the new prices you can upload them in to your inventory system with one key stroke. You can also use Winparts as a parts price lookup for quick quoting which can be networked to all terminals. Prices can be manipulated and margins set also. Winparts also allows for forward and backward supercessions.
